What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer motorcycles
- Perform inspections on and service incoming motorcycles for sale
- Conduct test rides to verify repairs
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Complete repair documentation thoroughly and accurately
- Prepare damage and crash estimates
- Help maintain a safe and organized shop
Qualifications
Required
- Motorcycle repair experience
- Personal technician tools
- Valid motorcycle endorsement
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude and work ethic
- Passion for motorcycles
Preferred
- MMI, UTI, WyoTech, or similar technical training
- OEM certifications
- Multi-brand motorcycle experience
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills

Compensation
- $25-$40+ per hour
- Pay is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and skill level.
- Experienced motorcycle technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Entry level technicians welcome as well.
